3. Adjust the slope and height of the bracket in the box-to-be-glued area so that the product to be glued can move forward smoothly without the occurrence of stumbling phenomenon. Adjust the auxiliary guide rails and flow wheels afterwards. Make the size suitable for the specifications of the color box to be pasted.
4. Adjust the gluing box belt and gluing box guide, and then adjust the closing pressure of the gluing box host and the wheel, and cross-fit with the belt.
5. Adjust the glue tank, and check whether the glue in the glue tank is sufficient. The amount of glue should be submerged in 80% of the rubber wheel, then adjust the glue tank and glue position.
6. Turn on the power switch, the main motor switch and the vibration key. After the machine is adjusted, press the "Run" or "Inch" button, press the "Paper Feed" button to debug the machine, and check whether the machine performance is abnormal. Any distortion should be corrected immediately.
7. After debugging, carry out 5-10 pieces of the first test machine, confirm the position and molding specifications, and then debug the machine speed.
8. When gluing the box, pay attention to the paper-feeding state of the gluing box. Do not over-line, offline or misplaced, so as not to affect the appearance and forming effect of the color box.
